Keurig vs Nespresso

Everyone knows moms run on coffee and/or wine. I know I am a big fan of both! I few years ago I was looking for a coffee maker to help reduce my Starbucks intake lol So I tried a Keurig for almost 2 years and I currently have a Nespresso machine and I want to share with you why I made the switch.
I personally, really like the Nespresso VertuoLine Coffee and Expresso Maker! The coffee is creamy, and foamy just like at Starbucks! And that is exactly the quality of coffee I was looking to have at home. I made the switch to Nespresso late 2016 and I'm never turning back. They recently came out with a Vintage capsule and so far that is my favorite one. Its easy to use as well, so easy that my 4yr old makes me my coffee sometimes ha ha ha ha ha... hey! she offered lol I also got the one with the milk frother. My favorite use for the milk frother, is making hot chocolate with it!
I do understand many that use Keurig though, I miss the convenience of buying the coffee capsules pretty much anywhere! And depending on the coffee, it can be cheaper.
Its like Dunkin Donuts vs Starbucks!
Ok so here is the breakdown:
They both have easy insertion and ejection of the capsules
Keurig has way more choices for coffee capsules
Nespresso has a free recycling program for the capsules
Keurig has a reusable coffee filter
Reservoir depends on which model you get (I have the one on the link above)
Removable container on Nespresso VertuoLine holds 13-20 used capsules
Nespresso has amazing customer service
Both have removable trays to accommodate for different sizes and to catch drips
Keurig has more brewing sizes
There is no need to set particular settings with Nespresso since it does it all on its own
Like many of my posts, I always encourage you, the reader, to do your own research on which product or service will work best for you. There a many lines for Keurig machines and I believe two for the Nespresso. In this post I shared my honest opinion on why I love Nespresso.
